Growing up in a family that ate more takeaways than homemade food, the kitchen always felt neglected to me. With a little courage and a whole lot of curiosity, I started my journey working at restaurants, bakery and cooking schools. It was amazing how chefs are able to whip up delicacies and using their creativity to develop new flavours constantly. So here I am, wanting to share with you my experience that you don't need a lot of courage to get cooking in the kitchen!

Using my expertise in Japanese cooking and my experience as a trained instructor, I had a fun time reaching out to those in need of time and an extra pair of hands. From interacting with seniors through virtual cooking lessons to helping busy mothers with teaching their helpers how to cook a healthy meal for the family, even helping a newly independent working adult to find comfort in his own kitchen!
