  • be introduced to ingredients used for Nerikiri.

  • learn to cook white bean paste using Tomizawa's white bean powder. 

  • experience colouring of Nerikiri dough.

  • wrap red bean filling into Nerikiri dough.

  • experience using Nerikiri shaping tools.
